Royal Ladies Scarf

Another scarf that went out a few days ago for a Kentucky Wildcats fan!  The scarf is approximately 62" long and I added 2 buttons on one end so that it can be worn as an infinity or a traditional scarf. Lots of little puff stitches in this one and sure to keep the recipient nice and warm at the games!

Striped Infinity Scarf

This striped infinity scarf was a customer order that went out this week.  I'm loving the cardinal red, grey and white together. The scarf is approximately 37.5" (folded in half).  Pattern by Fiber Flux.

'Pixie Hood'

How cute is this hood!?!  I'd sure wear one of these if I lived in a cold climate!  This one is a child's size, but can also be made for an adult.  I made this one using a pattern by "The Hat & I" and it's available in my shop.  The color combinations for this hood are endless!  The one shown is white, pink, turquoise and lime and is currently available and ready to ship.

Floral Scarf

This scarf was a custom order for an Ohio State fan and is approximately 68" long.  I love the long length on this one, as it creates more ways to wear the scarf.  One of these days, I will get around to investing in a dressform, so that I can show different examples of how to wear these kinds of items. ;)

I found a pattern for this fun school bus scarf about a year ago.  It was written by Amanda Radar, but her website is no where to be found.  :(   This scarf is one of the most favorited things in my Etsy shop. It's a great gift idea for that favorite bus driver!

Christmas Stocking Hat

I'm loving the red and white with the turquoise in this stocking hat ... the colors remind me of Dr. Seuss!  Perfect for the little ones at the holidays or as a photo prop with a Dr. Seuss book for the pictures of the little ones!  You can find it in my Etsy shop here.

Ladies Slouch Hat

I love slouch hats!  This one is a size large (fits up to 24" head circumference) and is done in a rouge color with a cream colored triple flower with a wooden button in the center.  It is available here in my Etsy shop and ready to ship.  As always, it can be custom ordered in other sizes and colors.  I've even had orders for this hat in team colors!  And, it can also be made into a beanie for a man (without the flower, of course!).  The pattern is by Pattern-Paradise and one of my absolute favorites!

Zebra Hat

This fun zebra hat has been pretty popular in my shop.  Another went out to New York just yesterday.  I love making these cute type of hats for the babies!  This is another pattern written by Sarah Zimmerman over at Repeat Crafter Me.

Genealogy * Another Great Passion of Mine

Another great passion of mine is tracing my family tree ... every single little twig!  I've been at it for about 23 years and it is still as addicting to me now as it was then.  Although, I don't have as much time as I'd like these days to research.  I would like to take at least one day a week for genealogy. This very old and fragile photo is from about 1904 (not in very good shape, I'm afraid) and it is the only photo I have of my Grandmother as a child and, it is also the only photo I've seen of my Great-Grandfather as a young man.  I'm curious to know, of those who have researched their family history, how far back have you gotten?  Feel free to comment below! ;)

Christmas Stocking Hat & Matching Diaper Cover

Christmas will be here before you know it!  This sweet apple pouch is a great gift idea for teachers.
