"Booze Bags"

I'm already getting orders for "booze bags" for Christmas! I know it's only June and most of us aren't even thinking about the holidays yet, but keep in mind, when buying hand-made, that it takes time to make ... cut off date for Christmas orders is the second week in November. The bags will be $12.84 each or 2 for $20 (plus shipping) through October.  Click on the images to see them larger.

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Beef Brisket Recipe - Kraft Recipes

This looks delicious and so easy ... definitely want to try this recipe!

The Sharp Crochet Hook

Oooo!  I need to get one of these!  The hook has a sharp point on the end, which lets you poke through fabric ... no need to make the holes first ... what a great idea!

Anchors Away!

Two of these newborn anchor hats sailed out of my shop last week.  I really do need to make more boy things!

Project Linus

Recently, I was invited to join in on a special group charity project run by Latisha and Angelenna, the sisters behind Heaven's Design Networks.  I was so flattered to be asked and happy to participate! Below are the squares I crocheted and submitted for the project.

Participants submit five 11"x11" crochet or knit squares and the sisters take them all and make a blanket and donate it to Project Linus on behalf of everyone who participates.

If you crochet or knit and would like to participate, please message Latisha and Angelenna on their facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/heavensdesignyarnworks?fref=ts and tell them I sent you!

You can find more information about the project here: https://www.facebook.com/heavensdesignyarnworks/posts/758678944187702:0
